Looking at Katie, the gun she pulls out for her Fstrong is part of her hurtbox, so her hurtbox reaches by about another 2 character lengths. She moves the gun to behind her before the hitbox appears, so hitting the gun when it is outstretched interrupts the attack before it can deal damage. Noelle's grab pulls people in on hit, so when she grabs the gun, she has to pull from pretty far away. It defiantly looks weird and a bit of jank, but it's not necessarily a glitch or error.

I felt like I remembered it happening with all characters but I was using Katie Helga Vladimir at the time of that post so if I'm misremembering, it could just be a Katie problem & not a Noelle problem. Especially since it seems like you would've noticed it by now if it was a Noelle thing because it was far from subtle in my experience.

Especially since the main offender was her grab due to its fast start time, its short range, & her tendency to spam it, which lead to multiple cases in which I fired several shotguns out of a larger shotgun only for all of the shotguns to suddenly explode midair as I was teleported several feet into her hands.

Maybe, it's just a weird way of balancing Katie because a lot of her moves have crazy range

YellowMadness, which character have you noticed this issue? I haven't been able to recreate it with the testing I've done. A few of her attacks are deceptively large, so it's possible the attack is barely hitting you.

Something's wrong with all of her attacks. If any part of her attack hits any part of my attack, I get hurt & she doesn't even if it's her hand hitting the tip of a blast that's coming out of a shotgun.

Also.. may I recommend "flashback_excerpt" as her victory theme?
It would fit more nicely with the theme of the mod.
Also, YellowMadness has a point: Noelle, and apparently ONLY Noelle so far, freezes up when dodging while lasers and explosions are present, which softlocks her in a state of invincibility.

I could hand over some sprites for the Stadium support. I've noticed that you used Stantler in Noelle's place, so I've made some sprites for that reason.

She keeps getting frozen in her dodge sprite in Abyss Endless so I have to restart. It seems to have something to do with dodging while explosions or lasers are around. I've tried it in the current patch & 2.0.8.2 but it happens in both.

Thanks for the suggestions, I found it hard to balance such an extreme glass canon.
I do like the idea for diminishing heals.
Dash attack can be jump canceled on hit, so you can usually get a nair or fair.
For ice shock, considering how much set-up etalus requires to set-up his freeze, I didn't want to make it spammable. Maybe I'll make it faster and add a cooldown.
Snowgrave is overtuned, but since it's a super move, I don't want nerf it too hard.
I'll defiantly take another pass at the moves you mentioned, thanks!

I really like this character a ton, the TP gimick and the whole glass cannon playstyle is hype. However I think she needs some tweaking.

First, maybe make her Heal have diminishing returns for every stock (first heal on a stock is 40, then 30, then 20, capping at 20, resets when noelle dies).

I would also make dash attack have more utility, its pretty terrible since it cant combo too well.

maybe consider buffing the range or speed of iceshock, since its hard to use.

Also, even though I get why snowgrave instantly kills, I feel as if it shouldnt, it should really only kill at 50%+ I think.

Other then that, I think she is fine. Maybe she could use some buffs to her tilts since Ftilt and uptilt are both pretty sucky in terms of startup and range

Lastly, maybe make her a little less floaty on her Dair since it is incredibly spammable.

I hope this little criticism helps! I really like this character and would love to see her become a bit more balanced

Interestingly, the [USE] doesn't show up on the pop up description on the workshop page.
But it does when you click in. I wonder why.
Hadn't used this mod yet, I just wanted to point that out because I found it interesting.
