There are like 3 different effects in this one. Sorry it's nice, but too busy imo.

Very well made but it does need some changes, i would suggest highly removing the pulsating parts as it does look very off and unnecessary. Other than that not bad, i will however hold off the voting until i can see some ingame screenshots.
