it conforms to MCS and ISO is part of MCS, ISO does not really have a proper 1/2 standard so i defined that in MCS as the 4u since its half the 8u, naturally. This container is a 6u so its half the 12u which is the typical size for modules of MCS.

No it does not open for performance reasons. Just like the base game containers
