Dumb question but where do I look to buy the blueprints to upgrade my weapons? I already have both Mag weapon research projects done and I still don't see anything anywhere.

DP-12 seems to be missing, there's no config file for it and it doesn't appear ingame

Some weapons are far too big, Barret .50 and AUG A3 for example;

All sniper rifles,shotguns, and some automatic rifles have no texture (fully blacked). I wonder whats causing this. I have another weapon mods: "Resistance fireams" and "MW blueprint pack", but they work as intended.

Sidenote: If you dont equip weapon, but change weapon skin via "Xskin", this helps with majority of skins from this mod, but some are still blacked out.

Some guns like the VSS shot in 3 round burst 3 times, is there a way to make it shoot a single round instead? I don't know which config file to change it

I really wish there was an easy enough way to pick 'n' choose from the pack, because I already have some guns from another pack, or just don't like every gun included, and it IS nearly 2 gigs total...

The shotgun has a bug where it has a muzzle flash everytime the soldier pumps it after firing. I think i have seen it with other shotguns from other mods as well. Any common causes for this?

May I ask where this file is? mod file? C drive xcom folder? The game root? I tried to use search, but couldn't find the file, so I couldn't try to modify it @AlexandrClibanarius

And they're available as ghost templates for XSkin! I just gotta figure out how to hard-disable the 3x versions of them all. Lmao.

If you want to disable the weapons from being added to HQ, you need to fix the XComDLC_MW4Weapons.ini file.

[WotC_ModernWarfare4_Weapons_Data.X2DownloadableContentInfo_WotC_MW4_Weapons]
is the proper header for the file. I tested it in a LWotC campaign; loadout screen is absent the numerous weapons!

Hello! Had a quick question because im not sure if im doing something wrong or if there's a part of the mod i may be missing. Whenever i try to put an addon on the weapons (scope, hair trigger, etc) it says that i cant. Are the weapons non-upgradeable in that way or is maybe some mods not working together?

I found that using the bEnableAddingWeaponsToHQ = false setting didn't actually prevent the guns from appearing in a new game. I've seen a few other people mention it, but I'd love to see this compatible as a xskin ghost template! The guns look, animate, and sound amazing, but I'd much rather use them for appearance rather than actual items, for compatibility with more game-changing mods.

why cant i see the guns in the loadout, there are only vanilla guns. am i missing something? i tried disabling and renabling it thru the launcher but its still not showing help, and its not just this mod the blackop gun mod too

So currently this mod shows me all the tiers for each weapon. as in it shows me the convention magnetic and beam tiers in the weapon selection list. is there something in the .ini file that i missed to have it not do that, or is there something i can add to the .ini file so that it only shows the highest unlocked for each weapon instead of all 3 tiers for each?

For some reason I get no upgrades when I research magnetic or beam weapons. I get the ability to build the regular Xcom weapons in engineering but none of the modded weapons are in the beam or magnetic categories, only conventional. I cant even edit the INI to increase damage. Anyone else deal with this?

Yo. I'm using these weapons with LWOTC and want to edit which classes can use which guns. LWOTC already adds a separate SMG category and I also added a DMR category myself, but when I change a weapons m_nWeaponCat to "dmr" or "smg" it removes the weapon from the game. I know LWOTC SMGs work for the classes cause I can equip the regular SMG, but none of the ones from this mod. Have any idea what might be causing this or what I may be doing wrong?

Since I am using another mod, that edits the base-upgrade slots or to be more precise it lets me edit those, how do I do that for your mod? I tried the XComWeapon_GlobalStats.ini but what ever I change it does not reflect the ingame slot-count.

Hello

I would like to use this mod with LWOTC. I'm planning to use the weapons as skins only. I noticed the following line in one of the config INI files :

bEnableAddingWeaponsToHQ = true

If I set it to "false", will it serve my propose, which is to have the weapons only available as ghost templates but not directly included in the armory ? As there are Laser and Coil tiers in LWOTC, it is simpler to use the game standard weapons and just change their appearance.

I noticed the weapon tier does not update for magentic, and am assuming this is because I'm running LWOTC, is it incompatible?
