yes, the uses sleeves region to be compatible with cosmetics that uses soldier_coat region. I do not know why cosmetics unequipped themselves as it happened to me for other classes as well.

May I know it this coat still compatible with other jackets? Seems like it was possible initially, but the slot with a jacket empties itself after re-logging into a game

It was made after the update due to the feedbacks I received

After an update drop, workshoppers can email valve about updates to certain cosmetics. I think its usually after a week where it becomes too late

i know valve doesnt add new styles to workshop cosmetics since like 2015/16 but do they accept this type of updates?

u should drop the updated materials/model as a mod. i have no idea how often valve updates community cosmetics since ive seen a few floating around on the workshop so better to have it out there just in case
