The water on hole 16 is not "broken".
The water available in the editor will always reset you, even after you bounce out, so there's no fixing it.
I do wish the devs would add water that you can bounce out of without being reset though.

Nice course! The water on 16 was glitchy though, was resetting us like we'd gone out of bounds even after bouncing back onto the course. Also there's some sort of weird invisible wall in front of the house's porch on hole 3

Hole 18 you can get stuck on the wind near the top of the slide thingy and force time you out
