@Clawmyth Updates are currently on hold until I have time to update!
Clawmyth 10 May @ 2:36pm
Is there any plans for 4.0 update?
Everbane 12 Apr @ 2:48pm
tried loading it after both mods and the districts are still vanilla. only other mods below it are NSC stuff and merger of rules.
CosmicSkies  [author] 12 Apr @ 11:06am
Try loading it after both of those mods. Let me know afterwords.

having trouble getting this to work, does this go after PD and before https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2877750087 ?
WolvesofZiu 15 Jun, 2024 @ 6:35am
This is super op. Is their anyway to cut the strength by a quarter?

@Ragnarr Loðbrók Should be fixed now.
Ragnarr Loðbrók 10 Jun, 2024 @ 11:56am
i get a bug with this mod.
After the first month of starting a fresh game, city districts disappear
midnight 1 May, 2024 @ 4:01am
I there a way to get older versions of this mod? I would like one compatible with 3.9.
Toby.Tcg 23 Feb, 2024 @ 9:47am
terraforming into a gaia world removed all the districts
Gman 5 Nov, 2023 @ 4:09am
I see, thanks!
Palestina Libre 4 Nov, 2023 @ 5:45pm
The missing district is back, thanks for the fix man.
CosmicSkies  [author] 4 Nov, 2023 @ 1:28pm
I didn't make new districts, I just made a few different files for easier editing and updating. My other mod, Better Planets, does the same thing this mod does, but for all basic planet types, and has full compatibility with Planet Diversity.
Gman 4 Nov, 2023 @ 7:12am
Is it something to do with planetary divesity? Just cuz it would be helpful as I'm trying to do something similar
Gman 4 Nov, 2023 @ 7:10am
Hey, just a quick ask, why did you make new districts? You could just use the uncapped_<resource>_district s already in the game, by making a new district set
CosmicSkies  [author] 3 Nov, 2023 @ 10:25am
Fixed. I didn't launch the game to check if it worked previously.
Demognomicon 3 Nov, 2023 @ 8:39am
I am not seeing industrial districts either.
Palestina Libre 2 Nov, 2023 @ 4:01pm
For some reason I still don't have industrial districts available on Gaia worlds when I use this mod. I'm playing as a Machine empire, rogue servitor with catalytic processing if that helps. Alloys district shows up when the planet is uninhabited, but when I colonize the planet, it goes away. It would also seem that when I start out with a Gaia world (life seeded) the district is there, but there's also a duplicate energy district, and after a while the industrial district also goes away.

And yeah this is after the nov 1 fix you mentioned
CosmicSkies  [author] 31 Oct, 2023 @ 9:44pm
@obeliskofkane1 Sorry about that, should be fixed now. Little change in vanilla code that I didn't notice.
obeliskofkane1 31 Oct, 2023 @ 4:56am
hey guys,the industry sector lost:steammocking:
SolarFlare1234 4 Jan, 2023 @ 11:46am
good mod
CosmicSkies  [author] 8 Nov, 2022 @ 2:56pm
@Goddess IU Easiest way for you to do this, is to make a file that changes the planet classes and edit the line "district_set = standard" to "district_set = gaia_world", assuming you have my mod installed, of course. Take a look at the file "pd_improved_gaia_planet_classes.txt" if you need further reference.
CosmicSkies  [author] 8 Nov, 2022 @ 2:54pm
@Sephylon Should be working fine now.
Sephylon 6 Nov, 2022 @ 2:39am
@cosmicskies oh and if you do this dont forget to add respective uncapped districts to the conversion ratio
Sephylon 6 Nov, 2022 @ 1:11am
@cosmicskies

hive and machine worlds(havent checked but most likely it does) have 2 generator districts.

district_generator_gaia shouldnt have

uses_district_set = hive_world
uses_district_set = machine_world

just delete them and hive and machine will use uncapped district.
Smooth Brain 5 Oct, 2022 @ 12:09am
Hi, can you please help me on how to replicate this with standard planet classes? Thanks!
CHFern 16 Aug, 2022 @ 12:13pm
Amazing, it works wonders now. The normal Gaia along with the PD Safari and Crystal Gaia
CosmicSkies  [author] 16 Aug, 2022 @ 8:29am
@CHFern17 Updated the mod, please test if it works now.
CHFern 16 Aug, 2022 @ 4:17am
I'm assuming they're from PD's Gaia World submod, but I'm not sure if it's on the main PD
CosmicSkies  [author] 15 Aug, 2022 @ 7:54pm
@CHFern17 What are the planet types? Are they in the main PD mod?
CHFern 15 Aug, 2022 @ 2:14pm
I meant PD's custom Gaia Worlds, where they have the crystal land ones and the safari looking one.
CosmicSkies  [author] 15 Aug, 2022 @ 8:49am
@CHFern17 It works on my end just fine, I'm not seeing any issues.
CHFern 15 Aug, 2022 @ 7:18am
It doesn't seem to work for PD's Gaia Worlds.
Muscle Man 5 Jul, 2022 @ 2:49am
Oh my god thank you, I have trying to find a mod like this FOREVER. I always thought it was dumb that machines and hives get to have uncapped districts but non gestalt empires didn't. Now I am not trading special resources for the ability to have happiness stability
CosmicSkies  [author] 22 May, 2022 @ 12:03am
@Lordchungass Bug has been registered, will be looking into a fix soon.
Lordchungass 21 May, 2022 @ 9:29pm
a bug for this mod has been found! picking certain origins will get rid of the bottom district! (i say bottom because i use the ui overhaul mod + bigger planet view mod)

if you pick the subterranean origin, it will get rid of your mining districts because its at the bottom. if you pick the sky dragon origin, it will get rid of your agri district because its at the bottom.

this is at the very beginning of the game, within the first few days. hope this gets fixed soon. good luck to you and have a nice day.
Gauntlet 5 May, 2022 @ 9:50am
This is a very cool idea, and a good gap to fill/fix.

I humbly suggest though, that uncapping all districts doesn't sit right with the concept. The Gaia world is "Gaia" because it is somehow magically perfect for any organic species and it's name implies that the natural environment is beyond beautiful. So I object to it being capable of hosting any number of industrial/mining districts (because that would pretty much ruin the whole "Gaia" aspect).

Instead I would propose:

Uncapped Food Districts
Unity Production and Trade Value bonuses to City district (or perhaps a custom district).

Very large bonuses for Crime/Stability/Amenities.

Just 2 Cents. Thank you for the mod, I'm playing with it now!
