Does anyone know how to edit the frequency of falling off? specifically when moving backwards?

Hello! I'm playing with this mod, after some time of active skateboarding, the character stops lifting the board, there is a red error sign on the bottom right, and the animation goes on forever. Only reboot helps. Is there a solution to this problem?

@WormGang You are not guaranteed any support whatsoever for this free mod nor is anyone obligated in any way to provide that support, yet someone tried to help anyways and you - in all your wisdom and graciousness - decided to be a total fuckin' twat about it.

It wasn't even a bad idea, considering it's logic being that the game has a hard limitation of not allowing the exiting of moving vehicles. Just because it doesn't work doesn't mean you should shit on them for providing the suggestion.

@TheIrishSailor it’s a bug bruh no amount of wanting to move will stop it from throwing me off cause it’s a fucking bug if you can magically stay on the board cool good for you but Jesus Christ don’t suggest something like “just stay on lol” that’s as helpful as wanting really hard

You know all you have to do to stay on the board is to immediately begin moving right? The game mentions you can't exit a moving car and from there you won't get booted off again until you exit the board.

Whats the skateboards item ID cant find it anywhere in the world

this mod has a hard incompatibility with AutoTsar Motorclub, causing the skateboard to have NO seats and makes it unable to get on and stay on the skate board for longer than a frame. every time i try to ride i get this error

i found a bug with the tetris inventory mod and skateboid. the skateboard cant be picked up and is looping the "place on the ground" action. even indoors.

you can i am just blind as a mofo.

i cant pick up the board once its put down.

no i mean ingame. pick it up again after its dropped on the floor. is it like the car thing where you need to hold v?

Looks like Dislaik removed his original Skateboard mod. No idea why.

is this better than the original, it seems so. especially since i use a controller. i have the original but havent uploaded it cause this one i thought was better. ps. I just uploaded the clothing pack mod

Have you changed the active mods in the main menu only? For saved games, you will have to change the mods being used with a separate button when loading them.

So Dislaik apparently deleted their mods? Not sure what happened. Seems like this is the only existing option currently.

Yeah the skateboard mod by Dislaik just dissapeared? It messed up the server I was playing on and some single player saves.

Since this mod has changed names, it's made it really difficult the uninstall the old Skateboard mod. I can't find it on the workshop any more and I'm getting errors whenever I try to play a game which included it. Any suggestions for how we can uninstall it?

Im always playing this in split screen so im finding a couple issues for the 2nd player. The 2nd player doesn't spawn with the skateboard with the skater perk but 1st player does. And 2nd player cannot ride the skateboard but can do everything else with it. Anyway to fix?

I;m having the same issue. Press e, or hold it, I get on the board and a second later I get off. Pushing W at the same time makes it move for that 1 sec

Awesome news, I will give it a go. Is it possible perhaps to add a radial command for "droping down" the skateboard for controller? That would be neat.

Ok mod is updated, no longer uses the ProceduralDistributions.lua filename

@Arcanant I've played about 30 hours in my current save and loot seems fine. But I am going to change the ProceduralDistributions file. I will upload after testing.

Just a heads up, but I noticed that this includes ProceduralDistributions.lua without affixing / appending a custom renaming -- I believe this can lead to negatively affecting the vanilla loot distributions and also unpredictably affect other mod loot distributions. AFAIK it should ideally have some kind of filename differentiation from the vanilla ProceduralDistributions.lua.

Skateboards can be most commonly found in the lockers at School buildings.

The problems with immediately flying off the board in build 41.73 are caused by a mod conflict. Check your load orders, folks.

fyi this mod is not compatible with bike mods (both the motorclub one and the apocalypse 2 wheelz)

nvm for me everything works on 41.73, it was a mod conflict
