@BertjeDP Yeah if you add the "loas_record" tag to an item it can be put into the record player, you can just copy the code for the existing records and replace the audio and identifier if your unfamiliar.

Neurotrauma shouldnt have any issues with this mod, if it does let me know what has issues.
As for Hungry Europans, there were some plans to make it compatible but for now thats on hold seeing as this mod's purpose was always to add more food and drinks without a hunger system attached.

Small update: Been missing Barotrauma a lot and kind of want to get back into it as well as modding, just need to find time for it. Update might happen sometime in the future seeing as most of it was already finished when I put this on hold.

@HDC Like I said awhile back: The update was indefinitely delayed due to me being busy with various things and losing motivation and interest in Barotrauma as a whole.
I am currently waiting on the update next week to get back into Barotrauma, I will most likely also continue development on this when that happens.

@HDC Im still planning on working on the mod again whenever I get back into Barotrauma, im currently just occupied with a bunch of other stuff + I really havent played Barotrauma in awhile and thats kinda just destroyed my will to work on this.
The update is however nearly finished, most of the new content for everything except the alcohol rework being implemented and its honestly just that part thats left so whenever I get back into Baro I expect it will take me around a week maybe 2 to finish this.
(Sorry btw for giving out unrealistic release estimates, I honestly thought I would have the time for this and I also didnt expect to suddenly lose interest in Baro)

@Yeetloaf Sounds are compressed, the old ones imo did not fit with the games other sounds and just felt out of place, the new ones are around the same or slightly higher bitrate as the vanilla audio files.

Just a bit of info as due to why the update hasnt released yet: Life has gotten alittle in the way of this project and due to that the update is sadly delayed until further notice.
I am not abandoning this and will still work on it when I can find the time, the update currently only needs a few more assets and the code for some alcohol items to be finished so I will work on this whenever I find some time for it, update will 100% release this year and most likely still before the Barotrauma team returns from their summer break.
Sorry for once again delaying this.

Oh yeah forgot to mentioned that I have gotten back to work, update is around 75% done, everything besides one of the minor surprise items and the alcohol rework is done.
Update will most likely release early next month, sorry for the slight delay, burnout got me messed up during the food rework's development which took way longer then I originally expected.
I promise however that this update will 100% be worth the wait!

A little progress update for the next update: The update is around 60ish % done as almost all of the content for the food rework has been finished, I however will be taking a short break as im fairly burned out from working almost non stop on the same stuff.
Update will likely still release this month or early next month by my estimates.

The next update is coming along very nicely, I may have underestimated the amount of work that this update would be but I am nonetheless optimistic about releasing it sometime this month, the update will rework around 80-90% to be more balanced, rewarding, vanilla styled and in general just way better, expect around double the current content, better quality sprites that fit in more with the vanilla game, reworked economy for the mod's items, tons of fixes, entire reworks to certain systems like brewing and cooking + tons more. :)
Like mentioned a little while back: Old saves will have issues with this update, I highly recommend a new save once the update releases, apologies for this but this is sadly necessary.

@Sriracha Sauce, I do plan on making a patch for Hungry Europans as the author of that mod had mentioned somewhere that they were interested in making them compatible, and from what I understand Needs uses Hungry Europans as a base so this should work as a 2 in 1 patch, however this will sadly have to wait until after next update because basically everything is being reworked.

there is a mod that enable hunger, thirst and tiredness called Needs, sadly foods and drinks from this mod won't be working with that mod

Are the food/drinks meant to be consumable? I haven't been able to smoke/drink/eat any of the items in the mod. Load order issue, maybe?

Either way, running a floating brewery+fine tobacco farm is a blast, even if I'm unable to sample my own wares. Many thanks <3

Another quick status report on the next update: Next update is coming along nicely, however it is still quite far from being finished as this will be the biggest update ever done to the mod, even bigger then the original release in terms of content as im basically reworking 90% of the mod and expanding the content at the same time, im expecting to release the update somewhere next month though with a little luck it might even release this month!

Also a heads up for the next update in general: Im rewritting/reworking basicaly everything to be more in line with vanilla in terms of visuals, descriptions, items and balance.
Do note that many identifiers will be changed/removed so I expect the update to mess with ongoing saves when it releases, be prepared for that. (it wont outright break saves but some things might not work as intended unless you make a new save)
This update is far from finished though, I started work about a week after the Garden Under Maintenance update and am currently about 20ish % done, lots of stuff coming, new stuff, reworked stuff so its gonna take awhile.

@Мунши TTV MoonShi , The code for the sailors box was made by xDrMercy but im sure he wouldnt mind if you credited the mod.
As for the piano code, that was rewritten by me from the old Thalassophobia mod created by Hub/Hubismal and he was fine with me editing it and seeing as Thalassophobia is no longer on the workshop it would be safe to assume that you can use it aswell.
Please do note that both of these items are pending minor rewrites next update to fix various issues.

Also quick status report: Im still actively working on the next big update however it has seen a slight delay as my monitor was broken for a few days and only just got replaced so im currently starting to pick up my work again.
