Do you have mod that makes human harvestable?
Yes, this mod only applies to tame animals.
Wild animals do not have resource generation so there is no point to display a 0 there.

It looks some other mods have hijacked the info label. Can you try to disable these mods you mentioned and see if it works?

This is working as intended. This mod does not really have any settings, except a debug log option. It is hidden unless you turn on dev mod, that's why you saw nothing there.

This mod is mostly likely compatible with all other mods. Let me know if you find one that's not.
As long as the UI shows the fullness this mod will enhance it to show the extra.
It is also compatible with all modded animals (assuming they did the correct thing using the ingame animal resource comp).
The ingame information is already translated
(ive got my big 1.2 game with 500+mods archived off at the moment but will try when i have it back on this computer, thanks :)
I do not intended to test every mods against 1.2
However, this mod is especially simple, so there is a good chance it just works on 1.2. You could have a try.
