So if u have something expensive from mods you want to preserve, you need to craft another one bcs this mod will not help. :/

Assuming Island Adventures uses the same ID from Shipwrecked it should. I looked through the wiki and added each item with durability to a list of stuff that can be stored and repaired in the repair bench.
I guess if you really wanted to be as Valheim as possible then sure use it for RP sake, but ultimately it's better and faster to just refine wood using the refine tab.
