I saw that you deleted my comment, that's too bad since I still have a critique about the Sand Shako. If you're really not open to criticism for your work, how will you be able to make better items?
Anyways, I have to reiterate the point again that, while well modeled and a funny idea, I would not personally submit it into the game. However, taking something from it would be the theme of the beach, maybe a sun-hat with a string of shells on the brim.

Feels a bit "eh", as someone who doesn't get the reference, but it is a nice cosmetic, and the coloured reflections are also a cool touch. Could work in many loadouts, both sci-fi and "hip and trendy (for the time period)" loadouts.
