I plan on reworking this mod in future to find a solution that works well.
As some already mentioned, Slaanesh leadership buff seems a bit underwhelming. May I suggest you to consider moving campaign movement buff form Tzeentch to Slaanesh and giving Tzeentch something like magic item drop chance instead?
Also what do you think about adding unit experience buff to Khorne, like the one general Execute Captives post-battle option has?
All other corruption has several other means for spreading(buildings, traits, skills, followers), Undivided had very limited ways to spread so it's one reason it was added to the post battle option.
I've thought about it. Leadership IS useful. But +4 leadership's value diminishes in late campaign when you have maxed glory and access to higher tier units.
Disintegration mostly hits chaos furies and other low tier chaff daemons that have like 40 base leadership, but in that case +4 is a ~10% buff and not enough to prevent them disintegrating or even delay it in bad matchups.
Unranked furies go to -11 and lower in no time and in a lot of matchups. Tzeench's debuff does -16 leadership. The faster, stronger enemies penalty is also huge compared to the buff but is mostly a risk for unranked units with ~55 base leadership.
High leadership daemons don't need this ~<5% buff most of the time, even without ranks unless you yeet a lone Soulgrinders into a 8 stack jade halberds. But even then speed would be more useful to disengage and recover leadership in-between charges.
Speed and AP are always useful and AP becomes more valuable in late game, when you will not need glory anymore, a small leadership buff diminishes in value.
Just my 5 cents, anyway great job on the mod. This really should become part of vanilla in one way or another.

All the post battle buff stack in duration but not in effect.
I have considered to change the Slaanesh buff.
However Leadership bonus should also not be undervalued, especially for a faction that use mostly Daemonic troops, gives them more time before they start to disintegrate from low morale.
Unit Speed Buff or Enemy Leadership Penalty are both options I've been considering, will have to test and see what feels both balanced and overall usefull.
Slaanesh's buff seems pretty weak compared to the other gods. Does it stack with multiple battles?
If not, maybe unit speed or bonus AP/melee attack could be more useful and also more thematic?
