Me encanto dmss esa ropa!
It is! Just make sure to unsub to the old "Hair modding plus" and sub to the new one in the requirements.
Still works with 1.4.
"Hair modding plus" need's to be updated for alpha masking, but other than that, it's fine.
To do:
- Finish masking the remaining hair's
- Fix the remaining hair bleeding
- Change preview file to match the same style as my other mods.
Hopefully I'll be able to get it done sooner rather than later.
It now requires the original mod to function and is strictly a graphical alternative with no original files used.
Thank you! I actually just pushed out a new mod called " Roppoi Hair - Upscaled based on another older hair mod that uses patch operations just like the one's in your comment
I'll be doing that for all future mods and making the original mods requirements.
<Patch>
<Operation Class="PatchOperationFindMod"
<mods>
<li>"put mod name here"</li>
<match Operation Class="PatchOperationSequence">
<success> Always</success>
<operations>
<li Class="PatchOperationReplace">
<xpath>/Defs/Textures/Hairs[defName = "with quotations put def names in HairsLolidrop.xml here"]/texPath</xpath>
<value><texPath>"path to your textures here"</texPath></Value>
</li>
<li Class ="PatchOperationReplace">
<xpath>Defs/Textures/Hairs...same as above
enter the same thing for each def listed in the xml for the mod textures you're replacing
....
....
</operations>
</match>
</Operation>
</Patch>
That should work to replace the textures, unless I've made a typo somewhere.
Enjoy
In fact, when use camera++ to zoom to maxium, 256x256 already enough looks pretty and clear.
As well, the upscale version just makes the picture clearer when zoomed inn, not better than my design.
And I am planning redraw and already drew some new texture for my new mod series.
And I want to make the new version can perfect fit both on facial animation and vanilla style.
This mod actually disrupted my plans a bit, without my consent and I felt offended.
I just considering that these images are really old and fans of my mod may have a need for them.
I'll allow it to remain as a replacement for a while, but that doesn't mean you can keep it forever.
No problem! Although these textures are already redrawn by hand at 512x512.
Either way I'm planning on changing the patching method in the near future so that it requires the original mod as base (Once I improve my XML skills) , as to not make it a replacement.
I'm not asking you to remove this mod for this moment, just that it would be better if you asked me before you do this.
This mod can be kept until my new version is updated.
I might do those in the future
At the moment, I'm going to redraw all of Xeva Faction
Starting with the hair's and then slowly working on everything else (Weapons,Apparel,Buildings,etc)
If I can I'll work on Won Hair's on the side
