I'm having the same issue. Seems like Project Zomboid messed up their ANSI encoding at some point, so when this mod ID gets enabled it just saves in the config as broken characters.

Hi just started using this and is this still working? Everytime I load my game it turns off, so I load up turn it on and the next time I close PZ and load my game I need to turn it on again. Anyone know how to make it persistent? Since I don't have enough knowledge to go digging through all my vehicle mods and editing the lua files.
