(only if you want to head off update requests)
the game is just giving a warning because of the version number,

your mod works fine as is

It is a good mod and some English speakers would definitely benefit from it as the ai is not as crazy active as in the mod I released NSB Border Conflicts (me I like crazy aswell as some others so there is something for everyone here in the Steam Workshop !

The game sees ONLY the version number and thinks it is outdated
but it works fine with patch 1.12.1 Avalanche

紧张度限制感觉没啥必要，搞得除了前期用几下就成摆设了，前期缺政治点的直接一整局都没法用

你肯定没仔细看条件。我做了只能在核心和宣称地区点边境冲突的限制的。

看来是新版那个，还是老版好，老版只有有宣传和核心的地区才能点边境冲突。新版是只要接壤的地区都能点，这样ai会不受限制的高强度制造边境冲突，太乱了
