Just tried this and it (seems?) to still work, and looks wonderful. Really, in case you ever find the time for it, do feel free to keep working on it. I would love to see development continue.

i fixed all the stargazer_galaxy_particle assets and couldn't see a difference

Pipe, what are you talking about? There are very much nebulae in intergalactic space. Very huge ones too. The American Astronomical Society found evidences of some several decades ago already! Where do you think the galaxies got all their matter?

Looks absolutely gorgeous, a little pop-in from the stars though. Also there is a cluster of stars under the galaxy, right in the middle of the lower right quadrant. you can actually see it in your first two screenshots. Is that intentional? Looks a bit weird.

This is top notch work. Could easily be part of the Vanilla game, kudos to you. I noticed (as a new subscriber to this mod) that when in the ship designer, the star particles / larger star overlays introduced from the mod tend to dance around rapidly spawning/respawning all over the screen until you exit the designer, not sure if this is fixable or not? It's minor at best, but just wanted to make mention!

This is an awesome mod! Nevertheless, I wanted to ask if there would be a version in which the contrast between the core of the galaxy and its arms would be less? The core is very bright, but the sleeves are just hazy blue? Will there be a version in which the core will be a little larger (to smooth out the difference in light), the zone of the sleeves will contrast differently with the core and the centers of the sleeves will be more noticeable?

This mod murders my FPS for some reason, it gets especially bad when looking at the galactic core. My PC should be more than powerful enough for this (radeon 5700xt, ryzen 3700x) so I'm not sure why this is happening. Anybody else having this issue?

Did the recent update delete images of Gaia and continental planets? It was really beautiful, but it's a shame.

Is the mod Ironman compatible?

Is there a way I can reduce the brightness of the core? I use a mod to add stars in the core, however this totally obscures it. Otherwise, its absolutely beautiful and i love it

Let me help ya out with that! I've had a similar issues with the launcher before.

I'm already done with the update but steam is always creating a new mod instead of updating it. Can't find a soulution... :(

It's the coolest graphics mod! I also like the continental planet image. Do you have any thoughts of adding more planetary images in the future?

This looks so nice, it's a shame it cashes crashes and longer loading times. :(

I can probably help you in that the i've done some experimenting and figured out that the crash doesnt occur on the version the mod is "meant for" at all. It is possible for it to occur on the current Stellaris version but it isnt guranteed.
That is, unless I add any other mod, even just UI Overhaul Dynamic.
My working theory is that the mod is just too much for the game's engine to handle and that you should try doing some optimisation work before anything else.

Currently working on the update but I have to rebuild the mod step by step in order to find the issue that is causing the crash.

If your game is currently crashing upon new game, or save load, it is this mod.
