I once tired to making a full scale fully explorable and funtional Q.E.P that can automaticly shoot down ships, but the project simply didnt get enogh atention not much happened. but it can be reitinited if I get enogh help

how do you get metal other than hay bots or breaking rocks because I cant find any hay bots and I cant get a drill to mine the rocks until I get enough metal to get one but I cant get metal because I cant find any haybots
