too busy. the icons and one texture should be simplified. i like the color overall but the yellow on the blue is bit too golden. it should be shift into some sort of tf2 linen shade of white. but if you did that. the wood color on the red probably will need to be some sort of weak green color. maybe try pinkish red and see if it look nice. also define the lines on the texture (stronger and unified color on them)

BTW: the strong/darker team color are fine.

It's... okay, but I feel like the tan part could be a little more clear on what material it's supposed to be. Maybe some more detail to the texture would help, or even a detail map.

Since they're supposed to be made of planks, why not give it a custom wear, where the scratches reveal wood instead of steel?
