I figured it out, it seems installing https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2799711826 fixes the missing textures for soldier 2, might need to restart after adding it though.

Soldier 2 Is missing textures, Rest seems fine so far.

Erdim's entire skin texture is missing
Assessment Team's "GOC kneepads" bodygroup texture is missing
GOC Soldier 2 has too many missing textures to count

So only one or two of these models seem to be appearing in my player model list. They show in the spawn menu, but I cannot equip any other models except the "Assessment Team" and the "Field Op".
