Will Ryan was a musician/voice actor, and he released a few albums with characters he created on the covers. Lavoom's voice actor, Diane Michelle, did the vocals for that particular album.

Is that who she is? After googling her I assumed that she was the mascot of an indie music artist, I guess that she’s both.
