This makes the game really ugly, but it will give you a big 15 fps boost . So if your little brother cares about gameplay rather than immersion, download this mod. But its very intense the level of shit visuals it offers :)
And its always good to make sure that there is no other programs running in backround, so that you save some ram. Also, i suggest with all these mods installed, you start at a low resolution, see if he can get more than 30 fps, then keep going higher until it goes under 30 fps.
