it is in progress but atm i am not working on it due to having way to much on my plate right now.
there is another mod that has everything albeit untextured, but it works splendidly as proxies

Mods great! Its missing the Vikings/Long Ships n few others, like Pirate Captains n crews. still workin on progress right? just curious if you got that stuff lined up yet, adding all the stuff.

HEY!! SOMEONE HAS DONE IT!! Any news on more ships/ different boosters for this game?! My brother and I have SEVERAL of the cards from this game. Including the special edition ships and the prize ships. lol

Yes! Finally :D I tired to make a version way back but I never got around to wrap it up. Mast removal can be done with grouped objects easily, I made a model with it https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1143083478

Hey, love what your working on here, I've been tinkering with coding movement of ships if you're interested.
Also I think the Mast removal and replacement may be able to be done in code using object joints - I'll have a play with it at some point

this requires an extra model to be made for every possible combination of mast-loss in addition to creating the texture files for said states.
maybe this will come but right now other things take priority.
if you create these models let me know and i'd be happy to implement them in the mod

Having looked at the mod in the game, I love the start made, but there is an improvement that needs to be made: there needs to be toggles for the masts, as removing masts indicated how much damage a ship had sustained.

From the screenshots it looks like there are some problems with some faces. Make sure the faces are double sided and triangulated.
