Plaguebearers Update
- The Festering Stooges and Barons of the Bog have been reenabled after fixing their skeletons.
- Updated Festering Stooges to have 2k textures and improved butt geometry

supposedly the fix for plaguebearers isnt that difficult
> All models using humanoid04b skeleton (plaguebearer) must be re-rigged. In asset editor, if you add +3 to the old bone number, you get the correct bone. For example, root bone used to be 4, but it now shows up as be_prop_3, so you should re-rig that to the new root bone, which is 7

Update
- Added the Rot Riders, with retextured and less spikey steeds, custom capes, and other changes
- Improved hair textures and blood handling for the Bringers of Beguilement

Fix for the Stooges is still pending; they are disabled for now to avoid a visual bug introduced in 5.0.

Patch 5.0 (Thrones of Decay)
* The Plaguebearer reskins have had to be disabled, as the patch broke them so severely they might need to be remade from the ground up. :steamsad:
* The new Noxbringer (Soul Grinder of Nurgle) RoR has received a new reskin to compensate, making it considerably grosser and more distinct from the base unit (since it was a pure recolor). Its unit card is now more accurate (both to vanilla and to the reskin).

@Alshua if used with female daemonettes the regular daemonettes will have a variant with a broken face.

Great work love the mod! Only issue I have is blood decals are not appearing on the hell forged host bloodletters for me. Vanilla blood textures or Smirk's blood textures.

Thank you. I still have an odd white highlight on the tips of the wings on the bloody fist from a distance that goes away at closer range. but he is alot better then he was.

It was not caused by or related to this mod, but I fixed a vanilla bug with one of Khorne's Bloody Fist's textures anyway. I noticed that the four Greater Daemon RoRs do not have consistent appearances (they change every time you load a battle), which seemed lame, so...

@sirmicou85 - It turns out that texture bug is from the vanilla game, and unrelated to this mod. I fixed the vanilla bug with an update anyway, just to be neighborly. Your request accidentally got me to update this mod with new content too, however...

Hello @Alshua ! Nice work ! Can you make your mod compatible with "Patron Gods" mod (link below) ? The RoR Bloodthurster ("Khorne's Bloody Fist") has a bad texture bug when we use both mods. :)

Any idea why this mod isn't overridden by Spartan VI's Bringers of Beguilement mod? I simply deleted their tables from this mod so it's not a problem, I'm just curious why some mods don't get overridden despite being lower priority/higher in the load order

Hey, I deleted the two variant meshes and it worked (no more jaws) but the body color of some units was different of the head.

The head was the color of your mod, while the body was regular color of the Bloodletter. It happens with some models of the unit, but not all of them.

If you have Rusted Packfile Manager, you could go into the variantmeshdefinition file for the Bloodletters, and delete the first two variant meshes, leaving only the third (which has no bone jaw). Everyone's tastes are a little different, so it is not really possible for me to maintain many versions of the same mod.

- CA still has not fixed the typo where the Bringers of Beguilement upkeep is 636 instead of 363, so this mod now repairs that bug.

I know you said you could use this with other daemonette reskins but after testing with just this mod and "female daemonettes" there are model glitches on the exalted daemonettes and your RoR.

Small Nurgle update.

Additions
- Barons of the Bog reskin added. They now use the uglier, flabbier, meaner model I made for the Festering Stooges. However, they retain their unique new texture, so they look quite different than the Stooges. This was an easy change with a lot of payoff, but if I have time, I'd like to do more for the Barons, like edit their frogs.

Fixes
-Improved handling of materials by the Festering Stooges, so all of their gross textures will be maximally vivid

Lost2Insanity's one fix completely changes the Khorne cavalry from being one of the worst to being the best looking RoR from this patch. Well done!

Update for patch 1.3. No new reskins, just fixes for the new content that came out. The new RoRs unfortunately released with several visual bugs.

-Fixed the leg texture on the new Slaanesh cavalry RoR
-Fixed the hair transparency on the new Slaanesh cavalry RoR (fix by Lost2Insanity)
-Fixed the head mask (had been all black) on the new Khorne cavalry RoR (fix by Lost2Insanity)


I haven't decided yet if I will reskin some of the new Daemon RoRs, since I'm busy working on a new Cultist mod. But at least this way they all work.

In Steam, click the green Play Game button. Then, in the Warhammer 3 launcher that comes up, click the Mod Manager button. Switch on the mods you want to use. Then, go ahead and play the game as normal.

Well, I am happy you chose this to be your first mod. Click Subscribe, then when you open Warhammer 3, activate Daemon RoR Reskin in the mod menu. Then when you play the game, the Regiments of Renown should have cool new looks.

That's what I thought the issue was at first, I isolated your mod and it still reverts back to the vanilla model. I'll try resubing and see if that fixes the issue for me

@Supreme Patriarch: Do you have the Female Daemonettes mod, or another daemonette reskin? I am confident the daemonettes are working (other than that their hair has black edges, as Meh brought up). But you may have another mod that reskins them. If you move my mod higher than that one, they should work again.

Thanks so much for the report, Meh, I'll fix it up. I suspect what you are seeing is me being too heavy-handed with the black outline I used around the hair to make it look good at a distance, rather than the alpha being entirely broken. If you're seeing actual giant chunky broken alpha let me know, I'm not seeing it myself.
