Should not be possible. Comes from the game not the mod.

Possible fix:
1. Verify game files
2. Get the mod ID (check the URL)
Delete the file corresponding in the teardown folder.

In addition to the changes I need to swap my user and maunch the game from there (and so wait my computer loads) so I would say ~30min.
