The factions rely on you having the AFTERMATH mod - this is a Fallout custom faction that relies on that mod as shown by previous comments

Yep, Aftermath got removed; you can still use the mods if you have an existing local copy of the Aftermath files (add and message me for details on that). Can't republish it on Steam Workshop officially though.

Turns out you don't actually need the Female good uniform [18+] mod for this faction to work. I just slapped it on there since in the past I've had dependency issues where I needed that mod for some reason in order to use the Mojave map in Aftermath. I'll be updating the mod soon with more Raider drip anyways.
