The music only starts playing when you get hit by the charger. The only way I could make it start any earlier is if I were to replace the charger's charge voice line. It unfortunately doesn't mesh well with the music that is already replaced.

The map is Tumtara mod testing. Look for the main files addon to get the one I was using.
