I've been mistaking. Rogue Servitors do have Evaluators but they were replacesd by Chronists because of Memorialists civic.

@warhammerfrpgm Sorry, I've been very busy lately and I've put Stellaris aside. I hope to update all the mods later and upload more that I did at the time (and others that I had in mind). Thanks for the interest.

@ekids789788 I'm more into making slightly more complex mods (but this is easy), what you are asking is just to modify a variable in defines. Like those things, I have personally modified everything, but I don't upload that because they are changes that I make to my liking ;). You can modify it yourself, go to folder game (steam) -> /common/defines/defines.txt and edit the variable: EMPIRE_SIZE_FLOOR

EMPIRE_SIZE_BASE = 100 # No modifiers at this empire size or below
EMPIRE_SIZE_FLOOR = 50 # Empire Size is never treated as under this
EMPIRE_SIZE_FROM_DISTRICTS= 0.5 # Per district
EMPIRE_SIZE_FROM_SYSTEMS = 1 # Per system
EMPIRE_SIZE_FROM_COLONIES = 10 # Per planet
EMPIRE_SIZE_FROM_BRANCH_OFFICES = 2 # Per branch office
EMPIRE_SIZE_FROM_POPS = 1 # Per pop

this mod doesn't affect Rogue Servitors. Theese robots doesn't have Evaluators or Coordinators. They have unity from biotrophies.

is there a possibility of updating this to 3.10.1 Personally. the biggest problem with empire size is population. if population was at 0.5 or lower almost everything else falls in line.

I really like your mod,
but it seems to conflict with the efficent bureaucraty civic!
the edict size doesnt increase with more production from priests/bureaucrats......

- Manager now produce -1% of System and Colony sizes. (MEGACORP)
- Evaluator now produce -1% of System and Colony sizes. (MACHINE INTELLIGENCE)

Ah,forget to mention,I found that bureaucrats in Megacorps are called differently,somehow making your tweaks don't work for them as well......how I wish things could get back to 3.2

One mod I really liked before this revamp of sprawl, was one for MegaCorps where Clerks reduced sprawl (in addition to their other functions). That made commercial zones a real way to deal with sprawl.
