if i may have a say, try something like a pistol,Smg,or Lmg, then try adding some recoil but not to much were you have to fight the mouse to keep your sight on the target

Deika, Zombie, and the good Professor are all valid sources, Zombie is one of my collaborative partners and Deika and Professor both host amazing content that uses the SWEP Construction Kit. Basically what we're saying is that there's a lot more that can be done with GLua. You made the decision to use SCK instead of just leaving it as a blank weapon, keep practicing with it and one day you'll produce gold.

@Author: my advice, go for something original rather then remaking something that was already there.

@[DayG] Zombie Extinguisher (Be) Super indeed. There are thousands of melon guns but people still have to upload more like it's the newest creation of all time. And the thing I don't get is that people like it.

can i make some constructive critism, this is very good, i mean i can tell this is your first swep, since you're getting used swep construction kit, you should make weapons that aren't op, like a revolver that fires so many bullets. In general, this is progress i'm liking so far

He's got a point, there's a lot of "First SWEPs" that are Melon guns, and that's not even including the sheer number of admin guns that are first sweps. Your first SWEP doesn't have to be a propshooter, it could be a normal slug weapon like most others, but unfortunately the majority of first SWEPs either do 1,000,000 damage per shot with no recoil or spread or fire chairs/melons/cans/etc.
