With the update to 1.5, <hatRenderedFrontOfFace> is no longer functional and has been removed. Accordingly, we have separated it into separate 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5 folders. I am very sorry, but versions prior to 1.3 are no longer supported. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
I created a separate folder for 1.5 and removed the <hatRenderedFrontOfFace> description from that xml file. Can you please confirm that the error is gone?

This is not the case in my situation.
I am honestly not sure about that. I have hospitality mod in, but visitors don't always show up wearing glasses or monocles, and the same goes for traders.
Besides, this is just a mod to add items. There is no code in it to ensure that settlers are always equipped with certain items.
I added several pawns in the character editor, but not all were added with glasses or monocles.
I honestly wasn't sure, but I reviewed the xml code and updated the mod.
This mod does not have the ability to force the user to equip items in this mod at the start of a new game.
●Added monocle.
●Added dress coat.
With the addition of the dress coat, each dress has been changed from
"Shell" to "OnSkin".
A hoodie or other jacket can be worn over the dress.
I will be adding a new item this weekend and will make the change along with it.
