I'm sorry I didn't respond sooner & the way I was acting. It was like 10pm for me, and I was tired, and angry, and depressed for the majority of the day having a feeling that it would happen again if I go back into Gmod. And just to say it right now, I don't think it's an addon that's doing it (to my knowledge). Either someone hacked into my account just to do that (which is really weird and kind of pointless), it IS an addon that I have (or had), or it's some weird virus of sorts.

fetch fazdog, if you have ambient inclusion or any mod made by the same developer, unsubscribe to them, i had the same problem and that solved it

I open up Gmod, I log onto any map, and the second I move, I get flashed with a JPEG of a man with no clothes on, bending over to flash the camera along with an annoying screaming effect.
