I was only going to comment that this doesn't look good on spy since it's out of character for him - interestingly I think the old (~1900) swimwear that ShadowMan44 pointed out could work, but this one's a "No" from me.
@Dagda - oh there will be people. You know - the kind of people you want to throw in a fire when you see the character in game.
That would be like if you made an item for the Scout where he's just shirtless, it would take away team recognition for the most part because you're changing too much of his body structure.
