Damn, I can always appreciate people who use the constraints in Source to do cool stuff like this. A good 99.9% of the stuff I've done in Gmod has been mechanical, with gears or pistons or wiremod or whatever. Good work

the mechanism itself is stupidly stupidly simple that i'd be able to do (if I had the idea) with like 800 hours

the building and building style though uses a lot of precision alignment and resizing for cleanness, which did take all 9,285 hours to develop

in the cube there was a hologram of signature on the lock
in the basketball hoop the fake loops of rope were attached to an invisible cube with the motors

homie its just smartsnap and a squad plate

but i shoulda made it holographic via precision alignment w/ a tiny hunter plate (or like, a melon gib) to get as close as I can to removing it's hitbox so no shenanigans can happen when it gets shot or grabbed or somfing
