yeah, that means this can't be on a server that has verify=1 or verify=2; if you're a server admin wondering why this doesn't work, the missing key is why.

I think the mod signature is wrong. Because in the "keys" folder there is a file called "HL2MARKERS.pbo.HLVOICEPACK.bisign" instead of a .bikey file.
