@ Sledge - Can't seem to isolate the problem, I believe it's something they (Devs) changed recently. So whatever the problem is, it hasn't presented itself yet. Perhaps someone will figure it out before I do, maybe not. Since it took me over a year to make, I'm sure you can imagine the difficulty in that considering this game's track record.

Thanks! Just wish I could have added more or made it bigger (like the Benthic Explorer), but the game is having a fit with it being as large/complex as it is. Overall I am just happy I was able to fit the sub on there like I wanted to in the first place lol

It's the Dynamic Positioning system made by Falkner. When you enable the system, it maintains your position automatically using the thrusters. Use your arrow keys to adjust your hold position.

I appreciate it immensely, and I share in your grief about the speed. There is no room for modular engines, and I've tried everything but a complete overhaul of the propulsion system. I even went so far as to stuff four turbine engines in a 40ft cargo container and locked it to the deck lol

I'm sure at some point when the game is more 'solidified' I'll be more inclined to come back and see if I can soup it up. Right now not so much with the options at hand unfortunately. Thanks for the kind words, and I hope you enjoy it despite it all!

Fun Fact: I loosely based this ship off of the Benthic Explorer from the movie The Abyss. I was going to make that ship in SW, but the build area is too small (I know it can be modded, but not my speed.)

I have to admit, this is the most perfect ship i have come across in the workshop! The attention to detail, the perfect layout and the wonderfully careful consideration to functionality and equipment is astonishing to say the least. If i were to suggest anything: Make the ship faster, 6 knots is painfully slow even for a ship like this

When I yanked the engine control rooms, it took the engine starters with it. Everything else spawning in and working? Short of removing the sub and RHIBs, I can't make it any less detailed without compromising features :(

I adjusted the ship a little more by removing some other details (engine room, etc.,) see if it's giving you the same issues still. If it is, try removing the DSEV and see if that does the trick. Putting the sub on there might have pushed it back over the edge for block count/compelxity, but I really want that sub to be a part of the "set."

The vehicle doesn't work. There is no power to the ship. All of the dials are a 0. The buttons you can press if you have infinite electric and fuel on but without it nothing works.
