I'm using one to travel from bottom to ground floor, i've put them in rooms.
What would be great would be to set a fixed exit point. So no matter what side you enter the teleporter You'll always exit at the same place, facing same direction
It will stick on the trucks, carts and GKCARTS, as long as you don't place it.
The same problem as Itchy's crate.
One more thing, when I place or drop the portal (especially when dropped), it will block other things that I want to collect, the range is really wide.@@"
Backwards, it works! Thanks~
And also I found that the point is the box "could not" touch the portal light, or it will still dispear.
And I also have the same problem like @Generic German, it the Bulk Buy Crates.
But I only experience it after the Bulk Buy Crates nearest update.
@GenericGerman I'll have to test this out. Are you using the Bulk Buy crates or the Storage Crates from Itchy? This mod is super simple and shouldn't really care, or affect, what is in your hand. It just looks for an moves the player. Maybe some collider conflict, but need to see it in action to be sure.
Just lost a box filled with 8 portals to it. That was expensive. :D
No matter which side you go in, you will always come out at the side with number.
Go to the main menu of the game and click on "Mods". Click on the "Installed mods" tab and look for "Teleporters". It's disabled. Enable it and reload the mods by pressing the new button "Reload mods" and Voilà! It should work now.
LOD changes can make resources collide with terrain that isn't there when you are closer. That is a retail thing, unrelated to any mod, just need to be a certain distance from your rig.
which is a shame. I sure hope they fix that soon.
Though there's one suggestion-question: would it be difficult for you to also add logic-controled portals? I mean, one that accepts number signal as an "address", so instead of cycling through portals with same number or making hub for several portal I could instead "dial" number of portal I need with logick numpad.
