Hey! Not a mod update, just an FYI to anyone interested.

CrackaJack is building a new terminator mod, pretty awesome looking art.

You can find the current version at the link below if you want to help test it out and give some feedback, or just use it early!

You might see this link multiple times from me, I'm posting it to all my android patch mods, in case someone is subscribed to one of them that might be interested.

I got the original Terminator music going through my head. Loved the video in the original mod where you basically recreated the police shootout scene from the original Terminator!! :)

Seems like they'd make excellent patrollers for Rim War with that sort of enhancement.

Also, a lot of implants do more than just increase efficiency; a good vanilla example of this is the Nuclear Stomach.

It has 25% multiplier for hunger rate and 125% efficiency; compared to the Archotech Bio-Reactor, which has a -50% to hunger rate, and 200% multiplier.

That means that a human with the nuclear stomach, compared to a fully kitted android, has to eat more per sitting, but they have to eat half as frequently.

Of note: this has mostly the same stats as a TX4, like armor and speed, but mental threshold and thought stuff is mostly the same as for humans, so they can be harder to manage than the other androids.

They should also still be immune to things like food poisoning and plagues and whatnot.

Aha!

I'm going to go do some myself and see how it goes. I've got a ton of bionics mods. Thanks!

Why use a TX2 instead of a TX2I?

Preference? Roleplay? This isn't meant to be better; it's just different.

That said; depending on the mod it is objectively better than the TX4.

Archotech Expanded, Quality Bionics, and Evolved Organs are good examples of mods that make any race using the human body far superior to even the T5.

Hm. Yeah, but a high power leg is easy to reach and gets you to 140% where advanced bionic leg gets you to 135% and is way more expensive to make.

Androids just seem better in every regard and the TX series looks absolutely stellar. With or without skin. :)

Maybe thrash midgame with android implants then when you get to late game when the human implants are better rip out the old and implant the better? Maybe? Might've read it wrong

I love all the TX series but I'm trying to understand what's up with this one. Why would I want to make a human?
