Yes, not possible. 9MPa at 464 Celcius destroys most small-grid electronics, like PCUs and vents.

Probably not possible on Stationeer difficulty, since you only have a handful of water tanks/food.

Note that in real life, 460 Celcius too low to melt Iron and Steel, but it seems that Stationeers doesn't like to follow real wikipedia values that much. I think that the author of stationeers doesn't like PCUs and vents that much, thus he made it nearly impossible to build/keep them for long in atmo.

Cracking your suit is a VERY likely and expected outcome with such massive pressure differentials.

Make sure to rebreathe your waste tank, you can do this 2-3 times until it is impossible and it will degrade your battery.
Note that it will contaminate your oxygen tank when you go back to refill it, massively warming the oxygen tank.

Note that wind power is probably exponential, so you are set if/when you build a few wind turbines.
