Unfortunately we do not have permission to use Atlas content in ASA mods. So straight-up Atlas models in ASA are a hard no. They probably wouldn't look very good at all in ASA anyway, compared to the new stuff, and maybe technical reasons as well (I would have to try to know for sure).
That being said, I may try to add variants that are inspired by Atlas. However, Atlas is very "medieval" and ExileAcid is making a new CKF mod, so I imagine people will get their castle/villager fix from him.
I plan to support AS:Core and AS:Atlas still, but updates will come slowly due to real life making it hard to juggle what is now 3 full blown structure mods.
My SnapFixerPlus mod will do what you want and more. It makes it so stuff like S+ dedicated storages and AA vaults will snap to CKF and AS foundations and ceilings. It also fixes a variety of snap issues in CKF, like better triangle foundation snapping. Lastly, it can resize the CKF legacy parts so that they fit properly with other mods (CKF Legacy parts are slightly too small, causing gaps when mixing with other building mods). The resizing thing is optional and has to be enabled in the ini.

There is no converter, and won't be, for various reasons. The spawn list is out of date because I'm constantly adding new parts. I will try to update it after this next update, but be aware it will just become out of date again as time goes on.
I waited 3 days to release this recent bugfix update, for example, because updating the mod again too soon definitely causes issues for GPortal users.
Thank you, I'll fix that
@Everyone
There is a known issue with the existing rail parts. I forgot to mention in the patch notes that the dedicated rail parts were retired, and rails are now variants on the half walls and sloped half walls.
However, I also seem to have accidentally removed the collision from the old rail parts, so they are "ghosts" right now and can't be picked up or interacted with.
I will fix this and any other bugs that crop up over the next few days, and release an update on Thursday.
Thanks !
