Back on my playthrough, how are you supposed to be able to build the earthworks? I can't seem to get them to pop up to be built by either the special units, or my workers. In addition, for the Idylls of the King, does the resource need to be next to a city, or does the fort need to be next to the city, which is also next to the resource (Ie, the resource is two tiles away from the city)?

For some reason, I can only start the game in DX9. When I try to launch it in 10/11, it doesn't exactly crash, but it never launches and the Civ launcher closes and reopens. No idea why, it's been like this for years for me.

I think this a problem with the DX9 setting sadly, good shout though @Eris for spotting the atlas typo with the Earthworks. The improvement just using Tomatekh's Serpent Mound from Poverty Point for now (which has the same issue), but if i find a better model I'll update it

Yeah, the Earthworks has a bugged texture. Doesn't crash your game, but you get a popup every time something happens pretty much, that you need to say okay to.

@OKbody to fix the earthworks bug go to the ArtDefines.sql and rename Earthwork to Earthworks, Hope this helps
