How was this made by 4 separate people for a scout cosmetic that within the confines of the player and the game would this even be used in anyway as it barely even fits the damn game both from looks and the art style alone?

Not really a fan with this because of the lack of tailorship to the art style and the character. This does not fit scout or the game, and I can't really see people actually wearing this in-game.
