Do you actually need Cities of Kings/King's Cities when using this compatch, or does this replace them?

This does not work for The King's Cities as is;
It would if you go to this mod file (steamapps/workshop/content/1158310/2818621334/common) and delete the "buildings" folder. Then you can run MHG + this compatch and it should work

Does this work for The King's Cities (lite version of Cities of Kings)? Is it needed?
