It's just a normal looking hat with eyes slapped onto it.

i would like it more if the eyes seemed to be painted onto the hat rather than real cartoony eyes but its a good hat either way

A style that only paints the stripe would be pretty cool, I think.

Also... are the cartoony eyes affected by Spy's facial flexing? I think that facial flex features on it would look pretty cool. Though I can see that the hat is kinda always angry by default with the depth that was added above the eyes.

the blinking could use a texture to go with it, probably just a flat line to show a closed eye. an eyeless style would also be neat + maybe a paint rim only style to go with it. otherwise, love this hat!

only thing I personally don't like about the hat is the colors. I feel like it should have been darker.

an eyeless style would be nice. while classic cartoons and such would be time-appropriate for TF2- I think trying to put other cartoony styles with an already stylized game clashes a bit

remove the eyes, and it would be fine.

injecting other cartoon styles into TF2, a heavily stylized game, makes the cosmetics that use them very out of place. i don't think this item is appropriate for tf2 in its current state

I think it is subtle enough to the point it fits the class, way better then the (still good) animated arsonist cosmetic on the workshop
