when setting up a collection of mods ive downloaded making sure i had the correct load order ive found this gem in the mix. ive read the full description and still cant find the correct place to place it in my load order can someone help me on my journey of reading the description

This mod does not do anything. It's used as a way for mod authors to make people read their mod descriptions as far too many people just click subscribe/download and then complain that something didn't work. People have subscribed and rated this because they think the mod is funny and its also a way to remind Mod Downloaders to please read not only the mod descriptions and the Mod Requirements and their descriptions. If you are upset by this, you are the targeted audience of this Mod and some Mod Author is politely telling you to read stuff instead of raging and swearing.
