I've also added it to a group of collections I've created:
"Campaigns Categorized by Starting Level"

The fact there are many town folks in the first few maps also adds a lot to the ambiance of the grandeur and prosperity of a magnificent palace. One thing I wonder though is whether the very long loading time of the first few maps is mainly a result of many npc or of many very detailed objects? I wonder if there is something you can do to reduce the loading time of your first map. At the first few levels, my team is weak and I tend to make a lot of mistakes, which results in a very long wait.
As I play on cataclysm difficulty, I don't find combats are easy at all until after level 5. And that's if I can start with a surprise attack.
My only suggestion for improvements is make enemies go into battle as a group. Was able to cheese loads of fights by sneaking and pulling baddies one by one.
The encounters are smart and different as well, perhaps particularly so on cataclysm difficulty. Currently only at level 3 but already this is my favourite user campaign among all others.
Thank you for the outstanding work. Keep it up!
Poor mummy overlord, it really didn't like fire
Being a game dev myself, I know how much is important to be calm, understanding and kind towards you, take your time, no worries!
Sorry for it not working for you.
(SPOILER) Once you start the main quest in the dungeons, it should not be possible to go to the throne room again, as all the access is shutdown to push you to go to the ballroom.
As Tanek stated, this is due to the way quests run, and i could not have two quest completions running from the same token (the Princess in this case), as they seemed to conflict and only the first would operate as it was meant to. So moving her to the Ballroom later was the only way i could fix it, for an separate Princess token to accept the end of the quest.
There may have been a smoother way to do it, but this was the best i could do with what i could get to function.
but
if you read carefully the quest it says to go to the "Ballroom" and in fact you'll find her there too, ready to finish the main quest and then the adventure (with a new blue zoning portal next to her).
I suspect this has to do with the way the quests can be given/completed through the campaign maker ;)
I finished the dungeons and returned to the throne room but the gold circles that put you in the actual throne room seem to have stopped functioning for some reason. I don't know if this is some kind of bug with my specific game or not but because of it I can't actually enter the throne room to talk to the princess to finish the main quest. I'm not sure if I am simply missing a button that is supposed to activate those or not but yeah, they just completely stopped working.
I just have one issue at the very end:
In the last "optional" floor the "yellow" teleporter is disabled even if I've touched the two activators in the opposite doors, so I can't enter in the last part. I am trying reactivating all the other buttons but nothing changes, am I missing something? ^^
The MAPS! Holy Sheeit! The maps! They're amazing! I can see the hard work that you put into everything, but I couldn't stop telling my wife how much I loved your maps... and she agreed just as much.
The adventure itself was definitely something different than we've been used to and we LOVE these User Campaigns. The fights were quite challenging, but we eventually raised enough money to kind of "Best in Slot" our characters with the vendors that were available. Even that didn't really make the fights trivial (until we got fully kitted, at least), so we had a great time with the combats. Continued...
We ran into some of the same problems though that were pretty minor, like vendors not having Projectile Parts for our Ranger to make specialized arrows with. You could buy most of them though, so it wasn't really that big of a deal. She just would rather make them.
TL:DR - We could NOT recommend this campaign enough. We felt it was one of the best User Campaigns that we've played so far!
Anyway: your area are really good, especially the dungeon level four with the underground city. The last area was underwhelming after that. Fights get very easy after a while :)
