Yes it is a known notification bug. I guess there is some hardcoded agent id limit, so exceeding the limit goes back to initial id & cause mismatch.

With 3 turn refreshing, it is absolutely possible some pools often have 1 agent.
Say agent 1 leave in turn X, gets refreshed in turn X+1; then the other agent leave in turn X+1, and added in on turn X+2.
So out of 3 turns, there are 2 turns you only see 1 agent, which is the way it works & you still have more agents flowing.
Does anyone else using this after a certain point in the campaign (can be random but usually turn 30+) start getting the names reported as blank on said reports? Or characters having glitchy reports appearing as entirely diferent races? This was also a bug in Warhammer 2 with similar character pool refresh mods, and one way they got around it was activating the mod after the first turn, apparently.
I'll see if the glitch appears without the mod, might be something else entriely, but just thought I'd report it incase anyone else encountered it.
Because it refreshes every 3 turns. So they all disappeared but will come back next turn.

min is 2 turn, max is 3 turn --- so random between them.
Why not provide the exact number? Is it different per faction?
it is working fine & does not need update.
Not sure what you mean, I play Cathay and there are always 2-4 heroes for each magic to recruit.
So maybe another mod's issue.
