I'll make a FSB-affiliated faction. probably the Main Intelligence Directorate (G.R.U)'s 2nd Guards Spetsnaz Brigade or maybe Spetsgruppa "V" Vympel

Why not give them the White-Blue-White Russian flag? Its a flag used by pro-Russian democracy groups.

How do I make humans so detailed? I use Paint.net and whenever I want to make my own human I can only place big pixels that take a lot of space, how can I make smaller pixels so humans are more detailed like this?

Ive got a suggestion relevant (ish) to this, What about a Dutch group?, for instance remaining police.. mercenarys. arrest teams (thats the correct way if saying it since its arrestatie team.)
