So it's a strictly observer only mod. Which is a shame
I tried a playthrough of the mod as Tunis and i noticed that only the AI seems to be allowed to have the "Colonise Pls" modifier. I don't get an event or decision for it and when i switch to a nation that has it it goes away after a month tick.
Am I missing something or is only the AI able to have the modifier?
