Не вшит у зданий в некоторых местах нет текстуры, попробуйте сделать все тоже но с более популярным контентом например с CSS думаю текстуры из de_Dast 1 подайдут идеально, ну или укажите весь контент для данной карты.

did you pack in the textures? because i'm seeing some missing textures.
