I've considered Bellingham a number of times, but Lake Whatcom is 100m above sea level, and there it isn't really possible to have water at two different elevations.
Maybe it will be possible if they make Workers and Resources 2.

now just have to spend millions on leveling out the terrain. wait... harbor island exists even though the leveling has not yet been completed...

Wow cool idea. Thanks for making the video and choosing some maps I made. You brought up a lot of good points about the maps, hopefully I can integrate those ideas into future work

Thanks Oolykee for the map review. I was surprised to find that nobody had made Seattle yet as a landscape for the workshop, so I set out to change that.
